By using Boilerplate, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Boilerplate application or website.
Boilerplate provides subscription-based access to its services. By subscribing, you gain access to the full functionality of Boilerplate for the duration of your subscription term.
Subscription fees are charged at regular intervals, as detailed on Boilerplate's pricing page (https://boilerplate-ccj.pages.dev/). Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of access to Boilerplate.
Due to the nature of subscription-based services, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused access. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
It is not warranted that Boilerplate will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Boilerplate does not provide any warranties regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or other conditions of the service. Boilerplate shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
If Boilerplate is found liable for breach of this Agreement, its total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all activities conducted under your account comply with these terms.
As we continue to improve Boilerplate and expand our offerings, the subscription price may increase. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price adjustments and have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to accept the new pricing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Boilerplate as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Boilerplate. You agree that Boilerplate will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
